This development is the largest commercial project of its kind in Angola: the first Western-style shopping center in downtown Luanda featuring 215 stores, a five-star hotel, a luxury residential tower, and two business towers with 21 floors of premium office space. Teixeira Development Group is partnering with the developers of Comandante Gika Empreendimento to incorporate a multiplex movie theatre and American restaurant franchise into the mix.
